Important Clarifications and Restrictions:

• Certificates may only be purchased through RelaxNH and their partners (Visit http://relaxnh.com for details )

• Certificates must be presented to redeem service, and have a one-time value of $50, but retain no cash value of any kind. Any difference between the certificates value and the regular price of the service must be settled by the customer at the conclusion of the service.

• There is a Strict Limit of one Certificate per user within a six month period. No Exceptions.

Frequent Questions:

Q. "How long is my Certificate valid?"

A. The Certificates never expire, but any that are lost/stolen will not be replaced. Providing a receipt of purchase will not suffice, because we are unable to track if the certificate was gifted or redeemed by some other person. DON'T LOSE YOUR CERTIFICATE.

Q. "What if I don't use the whole $50 at once? Can I use the rest at a future time?"

A. The Certificates are valid for one appointment, only.

Q."OK, well than can I just give balance of what I don't use for a tip?"

A. This promotion is a barter arrangement between our office and RelaxNH. We did not receive any monies, and therefore cannot reimburse any cash for unused value, including gratuities.

Q. "Instead of one 1-Hour Massage, a friend and I would like 2 Half-Hour Massages. How about that?"

A. We will allow 2 people to share one Certificate if your appointments are on the same day, at the same time with 2 therapists, and neither has used this discount within the last 6 months.
